✔ The flag should never touch the ground or water
✔ It must only be hoisted from sunrise to sunset (unless properly illuminated at night)

✖ Do not print the flag on clothing below the waist
✖ Do not use it as decoration on vehicles without rules
✖ Do not let a damaged or dirty flag be displayed
